Trans-dimensional Time Warp


I had a terrible nightmare. I went to a party with little Robbie and Andrew. They were about 2 and 3. There was a little building in the yard where you could drop your children off while you were at the party. Great I think. I hand them over and think it's a little sinister that they won't let me see inside the building AND they give me a pair of keys to use to collect them later, but the party calls. 

Not unexpectedly the party was great but I felt isolated and uninvolved so I was ready to go. I got in line to pick up the boys. I handed them the keys and they put their upper body into the door of the little building. Only then do I notice that the building is very thin, like about 1 foot wide. 

They are taking so long and I'm getting worried. I can see the red headed ladies skull and hair peeking out the back of the thin building and that worries me too. 

Finally they come to me, three of them, and say that usually this doesn't happen when they place children into a trans-dimensional time warp, but unfortunately my two boys have experienced accelerated aging. They are now full adult males. I am beyond upset. My cute babies are no longer babies? All those years stolen from me and them. What were they doing for 20 years. 

The police come and they take me over to a group of middle aged men and I look at them and then I recognize Andrew, but not cute baby Andrew, but worn out, graying, balding, 40 year old Andrew. He still had the dimple. And Robbie with the white boy fro, but old and gray and not a pretty boy anymore. 

So many years and what had they been doing during them? Caught in a trans-dimensional time warp they grew up, grew old and never changed.

Walking on a Cloudy Day Dream

In my dream, I went out walking one morning. I wasn't really fully prepared, I had on rubber flip flops, but my real shoes were in my purse. I had the newspaper because I had been reading it and there were a few very interesting events going on in the big city.   One was a tiny sword show which included a silver cutlass. Cracked Ipad, 280Z, and Brewery Parties

I n my dream we moved back into a party house that I used to go to in Riverside many years ago (though not really). The house was like 4 stories tall  and very old and partially dilapidated. I remembered from the past (dreams and life) that the upper stories were rooms and rooms of dusty lives left right up to the moment they were abandoned. You could walk through them like a museum spying on other peoples lives. But the floors and stairs were old and unstable, it was very dangerous to walk those hallways but so interesting that you had to walk them. The ground floor was the one we lived on the most. The front half was a huge living room/dining room. It was kind of like a furniture store with couches, tables, and chairs scattered everywhere. There were dining tables and chairs lined up so that at least 50 people could all eat at once.
